i had two other issues with bxe:
* wrong styles when in BXE (obviously taken from the default page, not
the template)
* broken link management (clicking on the "create link" icon would throw
an error complaining that /<currentpage>.html does not exist.
both issues are fixed with the latest update from 10 minutes ago. thanks!
haven't tested bxe in the blog publication yet.
