this file is not necessary because the lucene module already adds the
index_manager to cocoon.xconf (see
src/modules/lucene/config/cocoon-xconf/index_manager.xconf)
Removed:
lenya/trunk/src/pubs/default/config/cocoon-xconf/index_manager.xconf
will this change have to be applied to the default instantiator for new
publicatons as well? iirc it creates an index_manager.xconf.
