whereas I don't see any reasons to discuss these opinions at the moment,
but rather at a later stage.
Let me point out that the guidelines should have been done by the end of
2004. I created this document/proposal as a quick start to have a basis
for discussion.

Like I said in the first mail "This initial document is intended as a
discussion starter." IMO it does not makes sense *at all* that we start
to add different opinions to the document. We should review the proposal
and change the parts that we do not agree on.

"Contents", e.g.

The role of a PMC member
The role of a PMC chair
and then put in people's opinion.
I have no problem that people use ideas from other guidelines, but if
you really want to play this fair then we need start with blank page
allowing
an actual discussion.
