hi *!
while toying with the metadata in lenya, i realized that when a document
is created, no workflowVersion entry is generated. it only happens when
it is first submitted or edited. this strikes me as somehow wrong.
is there a compelling reason for this behaviour? if not, would you
accept a patch that fixes this?
