Hmm, I can't confirm this:
/webapp/lenya/modules/bxe/resources/css/foo.css
is accessible via
http://localhost:8888/modules/bxe/css/foo.css
(I just tried it)
in my
experiments i found that having a local sitemap entry for css files made
no difference at all.
You shouldn't need a local sitemap entry.
it seems that the global resources[-shared].xmap eats this request and
does not propagate it properly.
Strange ...
Unfortunately I can't help, because I can't reproduce it.
