I guess this means that your publication is correctly implemented :)
With modules.copy=false, everything relies on fallback.
I could imagine the problems are caused by direct calls
to context://lenya/modules/...
I'll take a look at it.
Nevertheless, the modules.copy=false option is strictly for
development use at the moment, I'll add a note to the properties
file.
