Also deleted the java and usecase files from the module that aren't needed anymore. The last remaining issue is the menu.xsp. With these changes, kupu is now invoked via ?lenya.module=kupu&lenya.step=open instead of ?lenya.usecase=kupu&lenya.step=open, but I can't update the kupu menu.xsp because it does not exist yet (relies on bug 40391).
