hi everyone!
our WorkflowBuilder seems to accept a "synchronized" attribute for
"transition" elements. but it's not used anywhere - it wasn't even
included in the old xml schema (but then, that schema was never used for
validation afaict). is this dead code, or a hidden feature worth unearthing?
while we're at it: there's some commented-out code in there pertaining
to workflow "actions". is that dead as well? worth keeping or cruft?
