I'm very much against basing a Lenya release on an unreleased version
of Cocoon, no matter what the Cocoon developers are doing. We've
discussed this several times before and I thought most had already
agreed on this.

The released version is the tested version, and also many
organizations that might want to use Lenya have policies against using
unreleased code.

http://lenya.zones.apache.org/docu/docs/release.html#Update+the+svn%3Aexternals+properties
describes how to set the svn externals to a particular Cocoon tagged
release.
