I guess it's not a Windows vs. Unix problem.
There was a bug in the module build system: The module classpath contained
lenya-*-api.jar, which included all modules that were built before and not only
the core API and the modules dependencies. Due to the non-deterministic build
order, it sometimes worked and sometimes not. I have now fixed this issue and
added the missing dependencies. If the problem persists, please re-open the
bug.
