We already have some ugly code in other sitemaps to prevent this NPE. It seems to be a Cocoon issue, others have reported it in the Cocoon issue tracker. It seems to occur with complex sitemap mount cascades and cocoon:/ (single slash) calls. It looks like some environment is released (finishingProcessing(), setting the sourceResolver field to null) and later on asked to release a source (which would need the sourceResolver). Maybe a key clash issue (two environments with the same key, the wrong one released first or something like that).
I need a source resolver for that first ;-)
Unfortunately my time is very limited at the moment. Jürgen, it would be awesome if you could take a look at it :)
