Looking through the proposals, for some reason it was moved into the
ineligible list. I do not know why this was done. However, the proposal
was light on detail and would have needed more revisions. Since the
application time was past, this would have been impossible.
Thank you for your interest. You are more than welcome to work with us
outside of the GSoC. Also, if you want the text of your application
back, let me know as I can still see it.
