Thanks for the clarification Jürgen. I am not sure about the voting part. We have clear guidelines on which votes counts for an official vote (all PMC members have a binding vote). In the case of the redesign (and actually any other case) we normally listen to all votes. The problem I see is how to control this one year rule? Some people are subscribed years without posting, other via newsgroups, etc..
