A small side note: I'm not sure about the wording (especially "by" in
conjunction with "thereby"). Maybe a native English speaker can comment?

I would go: ... by attaching Your artwork here, it will be licensed

I think this should read "looking foward to seeing". But that's just
what I remember from school. Native speakers step up, please :)
