I propose Rainer Schöpf to become a new committer. Rainer first appeared on the user list around 02.2008. He wrote 65 mails in this time to the user list but none to the dev list. He participated in 8 bugzilla discussions and in most of them he provided patches that fixed the underlying issue. Most fixes have been regarding the integration with tinymc.
