Hi Thorsten, hi all,
I did a new checkout of the 2.1 branch and the contributions area,
applied the patches, included the module and pub path of the
contributions in local.build.properties.
After I imported the example content everything works fine.
If I start with a new page I get an error. I think this is because the
search page is missing.
I use firefox 3.6.3 and firedocs 1.3.6
Should I commit the patches even if starting with a new page isn't
working ?
WDYT

Hi Thorsten,
I've just tried it and it seems to work if I import the example
content.
When I start with an empty page I get a sitemap error.
I applied the 3 patches that Thomas provided at
https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=48978
For firedocs-module.diff you have to use the ..../modules
directory instead of .../modules/firedocs.
Then I downloaded and installed firedocs 1.3.6 from www.firedocs.org
.
Are you using the defaultfiredocs pub then?
Yes.
I did a new setup of the 2.1 branch and used my existing
contributions area after a svn up.
Hmm, very weird. I just tried again. Latest HEAD revision of the
branch, the default-fire pub and the contribution modules. Patches
applied (btw if you can valid them we can commit them) but doing the
initial import I get attached log. If I try to import a new page
after get a similar log.
<log4j.log>
Seems something about lucene but not sure yet, why that happens.

Yeah thank you very much, at least I know there is something wrong
on my setup and not in general.

Hi all,
I am trying to use

but I am getting error when import the content or creating a
new page.
I am using latest 2_1_x HEAD.
Somebody an idea what is going on? Does it work for somebody?

What version of Firedocs? There's a patch here [1] for Firedocs
1.3.4. I have not see it committed to any of our branches.
My new setup since the defaultfiredcs pub did not worked at all:
- firedocs 1.3.6
- https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/lenya/branches/BRANCH_2_1_X
(r937624)
(r942075)
I applied the patch.
The current situation is everything starts up fine then I create
a firedocs document. Then I try to edit the document but the
edit link is: firedocs://
and that was it. :(
I tried our documentation because I thought that I once edited
with firedocs there, but I may confuse that.
