During publication import, links to other documents are not rewritten to
lenya-document: form.
This can be circumvented by reverting the fix described in
https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=47621
As I understand it, the link converter is executed before the original session
is committed, so the newly created session has an empty siteree.
