Neither 2.0.2 nor 2.0.3 point to a specific version. Leave it as it is.
2.0.2 points to a specific revision:
svn propget svn:externals .
cocoon_2_1_x -r 687094
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/cocoon/branches/BRANCH_2_1_X
I guess 2.0.3 does too. IMO we should specify the revision, otherwise
you might get a different version from SVN tag than from the ZIP
distribution.
