I doubt it. There is
{page-envelope:publication}
but its toString method returns again the publication id.
However, it would be rather simple to provide, e.g.
{page-envelope:publication-name}
by adding a few lines of code to the PageEnvelope class.
Or maybe to the DocumentInfo class instead?
