I just configured Travis to send build (failure) notifications to
comm...@libcloud.apache.org

If you are commiter and not yet subscribed to that mailing list, please
subscribe and keep an eye on build failures.

In addition to that, notifications will now also be posted to #libcloud on
freenode.net
