Look around at http://lingucomponent.openoffice.org, there must be a link to affix.readme file. This seems to be the only source about MySpell formats. And look at the structure of the existing spellcheck modules.
I'm trying to build a dictionary in K'ich'e (a mayan languaje).
Note, that MySpell accepts only 8-bit encodings (like. for example, Windows-1251 or ISO-8895-1). Does your language fit to that rule? If not, you won't be able to create a dictionary.
