I can comment only on the en-GB dictionary. I'm in the process of doing an update at the moment which I hope to submit in a few weeks time.

Missing words are relatively easy to find - the hard ones are words in the dictionary that are wrong, and this is where I'm focusing effort at the moment.

de, er, moonrise, pikeman, pikemen, puzzlingly, rainforest are all in the en-GB dictionary. The rest are probably best not included.

I'd appreciate any feedback and observations on the en-GB dictionary - just drop me a line directly. The main thing I'm interested in is weeding out errors that are still in the dictionary. :-)
I don't have anything to do with the en-US dictionary though.
