The AutoPilot/Wizard does this on an individual basis but I would like to install some dictionaries in <path to OOo base>/share/wordbook/ so they are available from the word go on a workstation install.
DicOOo allow to do adminstrative install provided you have write access to <ooo>/share/dict/ooo directory (and on dictionary.lst file)
the choice is not grayed in first DicOOo step if you have them
in fact, after a user install, you just have to copy the files you want to this directory and add the entries of dictionary.lst located in users/wordbook to the one that is in share directory

frankly I am uncertain how to go about this. Possible or a waste of time?
