Dear Viet, I have converted the Vietnamese Aspell dictionary to Hunspell format. It would be very nice, if you can test it in OOo with Hunspell UNO component (see http://hunspell.sourceforge.net).
Could you summarize, what other features would be useful for Vietnamese (for example, a robust acute suggestion mechanism)? You can implement in Hunspell.
