The module name "dictionaries" is an alias to
"external/addons/dictionaries".
You are looking to change files in dictionaries/en_US, right?
So let's contact Martin and see what he can do for us.
Please keep in mind that changes should go into an CWS (CVS branch)
first. You might want to have a look at the CWS documentation linked
from http://tools.openoffice.org
... or find someone with an open CWS taking you piggyyback.
There's a small number of missing/incorrect words which should be fixed
before OOo 2.0 (I can provide a list of bug reports which list them).
Do you have the issue numbers at hand?
You will need them for the commit message :-)
