Hi Prajal and other interested members, I have made a little patch for thesaurus code to fix missing UTF-8 detection. Please, confirm (or vote for) the following issue:
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=54268 You can check this patch with your UTF-8 encoded Nepali thesaurus, too.
