Hi!

I have observed some difference in OOo 2.0 on Windows XP and Ubuntu Linux 5.10 which I find a bit strange.

If I type in a language different from the default language of the document (say, I type in English in a Russian document), and that language has a spellcheck module installed, OOo is supposed to identify the language and to suggest two options on right click: “Word is <language name>” and “Paragraph is <language name>”.

In reality, OOo behaves differently on different OS:
- in Linux, it correctly identifies _any_ language with a spellchecker installed (I've got about ten);
- in Windows, it correctly identifies only English and Russian.

I wonder if someone else observes such a difference. Is it some particularity of OOo's design under Widnows or a reason for a bug report?

Best regards,

Dmitri Gabinski
