Hi Mathias,
- we have legacies like "dictooo" that somehow prevents us from doing
the right changes; fortunately Laurent Godard (the author of dictooo)
has announced his support.
huh !!
This is absolutelly not the problem !
And i even see DicOOo as a part of the solution
(backward compatibility, sub-language of dictionaries ... see
[EMAIL PROTECTED] list)
I absolutely do not understand in what DicOOo prevents you changing
anything ?
Is this beacause a tool allowing end users installing dictionaries
prevents you doing anything under the hood (like the story of
suppressing some paths without asking before like it occured some
versions ago and was catastrophic regarding sharing templates)
So please explain (on [EMAIL PROTECTED]) in what DicOOo prevents you
doing any changes ?
Yes there are changes to be done and that not that simple. But it is not
the fault of any development but only extending the actual code and
making good choices. And I'm supporting this path and extension approach
as it will light my work, packaging any new dictionary or updates.
Laurent
