Thus I'm afraid until a new legal review process exists we can not include any new dictionaries into our source. That is for the time being we can only accept updates to existing ones that already got their legal approval in the past. :-( However it is still perfectly fine for the dictionary provider to upload any (new) extension to the repository (after all that is one reason for the existence of the repository).
