Download filemon and see if that tells you anything useful about what
happens when CF tries to start.
Set the cfs ervice to manual so u can start it yourself after the machine
has booted.

You will need to set some filters on filemon to ignore all the crap you
don't need to see otherwis ethe log will be scrolling too quick for you to
monitor the cf related errors.
