>- see footer for list info -< I use a product called URL Protector on our servers, it provides .htacces style authentication on folders. Yesterday after upgrading this product something weird happened. Any folders that were password protected, coldfusion no longer receives form fields. I.E Page1 submits a form to page2 There are no form fields on page2, a <cfdump var="#form#"> is empty.
Remove the folder security and everything works again. It also only affects cfm pages. ASP page still work fine. I have spoken to the vendor and he assures me that the product does not alter the http headers. Does anyone have a clue what might cause the form fields to vanish like this?
