My point was the Greg Stewart article might indicate clue as to why it doesn't work in your config, or if its a global thingy. With the experience of it not working across 3 installations though I'd be asking for a response/support call from the engineers I'm downloading the trial CF7 edition, is it possible to set up a test across 2 servers/ip's with it. Maybe you have a blog somewhere on the way you verified its broken:)?
