Yes, I know some will say "we have a firewall, don't want to give remote users a logon, and don't want to install any software", but the fact is that none of those need be issues to have one help remotely. (You may know that, Christian, but again I'm offering it for others ever feeling stuck.) Finally, I'd ask if you tried using either of the CF monitors (free trials at Fusion-Reactor.com or SeeFusion.com)? I realize some may do that and feel challenged how to interpret the info. Again, several of us can help with that, but it would be useful to install for yourself or for those who would assist. /charlie -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Andy Allan Sent: Thursday, September 06, 2007 3:13 PM To: Coldfusion Development Subject: Re: [CF-Dev] CF server optimisation consultancy >- see footer for list info -< I can throw Fuzzy Orange's hat into the ring ... as I own the company I'm a bit biased, but we do specialise in CF consultancy, training and support.
