It is ok, your only issue may be if your on a shared host, as they should
really have createObject() disabled by default as it is a huge security risk
otherwise.

Subject: [CF-Dev] CFPDF and extracting page properties dimension

>- see footer for list info -<
Hello,

Does anyone know if I can use CFPDF to extract the pagesize information?

Or I've found this link for itext: http://www.1t3xt.info/api/

Has anyone done any work with iText and calling the routines via java?

Is it generally regarded as 'ok' to call the java routines directly?

Thanks guys!

Nick
