May have a requirement to outsource development to India / Ukraine / anywhere else offshore etc, does anyone have any contacts or experience of working with a CF capable company offshore? If so would be great to get your thoughts and experience? The company I am working for at present use intetics in the Ukraine and pay about 1,000 USD per month for skilled java programmers and have an excellent turn around in terms of development and release structure etc which is all managed by the offshore team!
