If you need CF support, then I'll echo Russ's suggestion. Previously I
would have suggested Firstserv even with their higher costs, but we've
(through clients) found support to have slipped dramatically.
If you just need a solid host then Rackspace, Redstation, Star, Hostway, etc
And just to throw in another tidbit of info, we've found Rackspace to be
SERIOUSLY slow at getting back to us when we're after quotes for hosting.
Of course, your mileage may vary.
