you tried testing with a normal file, like a .txt file? I'd guess it's the mail headers, so you could change these yourself with CFMailParam to whatever works with Outlook and see how that goes. I seem to recall hearing something about CFMails being interpreted as spam by some mailservers.

We send out files as attachments to customers. All customers get these files except AOL customers. I have been on the line with AOL tech support who tested and agree they have a problem. When sending the same attachments by Outlook they receive it fine. Send with CFMAIL and they get scrambled. It could just be our proprietary file format they don't like, but they are currently investigating.
