Hi Adam,
Thanks for this. Do you think spaces in the class path would be a
problem?

When you say hot deploy directories, what do I do here: add my jar files
into the physical location for {server dir}/cfusion/WEB-INF/lib ?

Douglas

Hi Douglas,

I've only ever added jar files to the class path on CFMX 6.1/J2EE and
also only on Linux. I've done it the same way as yourself (using forward
slashes) and it works fine once you stop and start the cfusion server.

If you have trouble adding classes or jars you could use the hot deploy
directories which are:

{server dir}/cfusion/WEB-INF/lib for jars
{server dir}/cfusion/WEB-INF/classes for .class files.

Adam.

Has anyone tried installing CFMX 6.1 for JRUN and then added a
classpath? I've tried it several times and it always fails to restart
the JRUN services. I end up removing JRUN and CFMX and starting again.

I'm adding the classpath to cfusion, settings, jvm settings, classpaths.
I've tried both forward slashes and back slashes in the classpath and
neither seem to work.

Using Win2000 and IIS.

Thanks,

Douglas
