The error occurred while processing an element with a general identifier of (CFIF), occupying document position (37:1) to (37:32) in the template file email_type_select.cfm. Referrer: choose_message_type.cfm   The referrer would suggest that the user certainly went from the form to the action page, so I fail to understand how the form field can not be defined?   This app has been working for a long time and no code changes have been made.
