yep...a custom UDF but LSEuroCurrencyFormat() is a system function which you cant
edit
we did this with Numberformat
we wrote our own version (UDF) and put it in
the Application.cfm file
named it NumberFormatX and it worked like a
dream ..

Yeah I think you can easily add your own UDF - www.cflib.org is the #1 resource but for
modifying the system ones - nope.......
yes, you'd have to be tinkering on your own server. But I thought
there was a way of adding your own - but then I suppose you may as well
just make a CFC.
I think this is built into the
actual server itself - it wouldnt make sense if you could mod it as
code which does could require access to modded code and what if on a
shared environment you added a new argument which was required? then
everyones code which used this function out of the box would
fail.
can't you mess about with them in
C:\CFusionMX\wwwroot\WEB-INF\cfclasses ?
