Only worry is customer service (it doesn't seem to exist) Thank goodness the product is open source!
There's an eval, so you could always peruse the code to see whether its worth paying the money for it.

Does anyone know of an online forms builder that plays nice with CFMX? I'm after something that:
- gives you a GUI to design a web-based form offline - enables you to place controls (labels, text-boxes, radio-buttons, drop-down lists, image upload dialogues, etc) on a page in a similar way to using Outlook's VB editor Toolbox - has the facility to design both compose and read pages (i.e. data entry and data view pages), again, similar to the Message form in Outlook
I've started looking at XForms and XFormation 1.0, but I'm not sure if we're going to be in a position to require users to download and install a third-party plug-in, such as formsPlayer. If it's powerful enough, though, maybe it's the way to go.
Any thoughts?
