You should be able to set a variable equal to a webservice object, then use 
that variable WITH "#" MARKS as the value of the <CFINVOKE> "webservice" 
attribute.  You can also manipulate the header on that vaiable prior to calling 
CFINVOKE.  I'm not sure whether or not you can do this with a webservice but 
I'd assume so.  It's something to try.  If that doesn't work and you're really 
stuck, you could always build the SOAP Envelope manually... I've had to do that 
several times myself.  Then there's no problem manipulating the header ;)
