Hey, OK, we have a server issue after a recent CFMX 6.1 upgrade.. Sometimes we have a server freak out where it simply will not parse a custom tag or inform us that it cannot find a file etc even though both do exists on the server - this error literally breaks everything and you cannot access sites or pages and the only thing to resolve the issue is to restart the CF services..
Server environment is this: 1 .cfm Code Repository Server (running CFMX 6.1 as it hosts a back end admin tool) 3 Web Servers, each with CFXM 6.1 installed all Load Balanced with Sticky Sessions. All three webservers run 100+ or so sites with each Home Directory pointing to the same location on the code repository. Each server has a dupe set of Custom Tags which match each server. Each server is the same in this instance, just clones of each other. We get strange errors now and again....in some cases we upload a new/amended file and the system will tell us that its File Not Found even though the page does exist in the location its looking for. In some cases we will get the system simply skipping over a Custom Tag even though it exists in the normal CT location. Anyone seen these errors or know of any settings which can be modified in the various .xml files to help with this? I cant see anywhere what this problem is or whats causing it. Note: the web server cache pacth are all set to false.
