Subject: [ cf-dev ] Big prob
Hi all,
was wondering if anyone could offer any help with this.
we've got a payment process using Commidea to process the transaction.
the Commidea COM object is incompatible with CF, therefore we use
CFX raw socket on CF5 (need 128-bit SSL encryption) to access an asp
page that utilises the COM object - this worked perfectly and Commidea
passed the payment system. This worked well till about a week ago,
when I got the following error msgno EXTENDEDINFO
Diagnostics=java.net.SocketException: Connection reset. Java exception occurred in call to method. The error occurred while processing an element with a general identifier of (CFX_RAWSOCKET), occupying document position (37:1) to (42:33).
Fortunately the payment system is rarely used. Any ideas?
Maybe server settings have been changed? Thanks in advance,
Rafe Fitzpatrick

if your using an ASP page to connect to the COM, why do you
even need CFX_rawsocket, surely you just let the ASP page do all the
work.
