Not currently - If you go and have a look at the Synthis web site you 
should find a thread in the forums regarding development of RE processes 
for Adalon.  It might be worth giving the guys at Synthis a shout to see 
how that project is progressing.

Adalon is not a code editor and only generates code stubs (index files 
with action switches and empty display/action files) and not fully 
functional applications, just in case thats what you were meaning by 
"synchronize".
