I'm not sure you can.

I recently needed to use cfx_zip in my hosted environment (hostmysite)
- they contact BenF directly and he told them that the cfx tags bypass
sandbox security and such like. The example he gave was a nasty person
could zip up the entire c:\websites folder and ftp it somewhere...

it really sucks since i could with with using it,
