A query is already a struct of arrays.
If you want it around the other way, array of structs, then there's Nathan's Query to Array of Structures http://www.cflib.org/udf.cfm?ID=10
or there's the UDF that Neil has already mentioned that creates a Struct of Structs.
What are you actually trying to do?
