I confess that I must have installed it about 5 times, writing down the
settings each time before the lightbulb went on. I found that the
tutorials were a little unclear and (IIRC) that they used the word
mapping to refer to both a web server virtual directory and a ColdFusion
mapping. Once you understand how it works, though, it's a breeze.
