Hi all,
In preparation of the upcoming Chamilo 2.0 code sprint and as a part of
on ongoing documentation effort, I wrote a 28-page document today about
the rights management framework used in Chamilo 2.0. It should help
developers understand the system and the philosophy behind it, as well
as help them implement it in their own applications.
The result is now available via the Chamilo.org website.
