SmSpillaz <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |[email protected] --- Comment #2 from SmSpillaz <[email protected]> 2009-06-03 00:12:04 --- If you change 'Shadow Offset X' and 'Shadow Offset Y' you should be able to get a close-to OS X style shadow, but you may also need to dim the shadow opacity as well. If those values don't go high enough, then you can always edit the metadata in /usr/share/compiz/decoration.xml. Look for the "shadow_radius" key in the file and edit <max>18.0</max> to be <max>YOURVALUEHERE</max>. You can also edit the opacity, offset_x and offset_y keys while you're at it. I don't think that this warrants a change in the mainline compiz, the reason why we have maximums on int options is for precision reasons, if the maximum were MAXSHORT (roughly 38000~) then your shadow would either be ridiculously big or ridiculously small. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.opencompositing.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug. _______________________________________________ Dev mailing list [email protected] http://lists.compiz-fusion.org/mailman/listinfo/dev
